Shipments and returns

We aim to deliver within 2 working days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative date or if this is not acceptable give you a refund. All goods must be checked on delivery and any damage or shortages notified to the driver. If any of the packaging is damaged please write this on the delivery driver's paperwork before signing to accept the goods. If we are unable to replace a damaged item, we will try to offer an alternative product, or failing that we will refund the customer in full. Deliveries will be by post or other courier. We only deliver to the U.K. mainland.

All damaged goods or shortages must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
